Schüco Façade System TTC 50

Schüco TTC 50 – high insulation values and simple fabrication thanks to straight cuts

The Schüco TTC 50 façade system is designed as a transom/transom façade with a face width of 50 mm. The load-bearing profiles can be used for mullions and transoms and provide a “sharp-edged” look with narrow radii.

The continuous gasket principle from the standard add-on construction facilitates quick and straightforward fabrication of the façades.

As an innovation, the system has a gasket with two integrated gasket levels that can be used to produce any number of replacements without having to sacrifice the safety of the overlapping levels.

In combination with GI technology (Gasket Injection Technology), this creates the basis for a gasket system that fulfils high requirements.

  • Transom/transom façade with maximum thermal insulation and a face width of 50 mm
  • Thermal insulation properties to Passivhaus level
  • Elegant appearance with flush-fitted transoms thanks to sharp-edged cross sections
  • Wide variety of designs possible with cover caps – the FWS 50 range of cover caps can be used
  • Integration of diverse insert units from the Schüco window, door and sliding systems
  • Burglar resistance to RC 3
  • The Schüco TTC 50 transom/transom façade system combines the advantages of the Schüco FWS 50 façade system with those of the Schüco AOC 50 add-on construction by means of an overlapping sealing principle.
